Associate Vice President of Strategy, Operations and Social Economics at ATB Financial

Chett is currently the Associate Vice President of Strategy, Operations and Social Economics at ATB Financial. She oversees and leads ATB's Greater Good strategy which focuses on uplifting the wellbeing of Albertans by solving some of the most pressing societal problems, and other strategies focused on People and Culture. Chett has experience in building technology companies on entrepreneurial teams, and building products, and services to help entrepreneurs in Alberta as an intrapreneur inside of ATB Financial. Her accomplishments have led to being recognized as Calgary’s Top 40 under 40 in 2016, and ranked as one of the top ten women in banking technology globally in 2017. She is energized by the future of work, because it’s one where she believes anything is possible. She is an optimist and a believer in #teamhuman. 

Chett also serves as the Chair with honorary Co-Chair kd lang on MacEwan's University Centre for Sexual and Gender Diversity fundraising campaign, as a Board Member for Alberta Theatre Projects, and as a Committee Member for the Community Solution Accelerator that is bringing the Alchemist to Alberta to help scale social enterprises (located in Edmonton).
