The Peer-to-Peer Program

This program is for...

Leaders within Calgary's tech community who who work for a Platform Calgary member company. Member companies must be in the GROW or SCALE tier of Platform membership.

What to expect:

The Peer-to-Peer Program connects leaders in specific functional roles within scaling to established local tech companies. They learn from each other by sharing their challenges, strategies, and wins as they experience scale up life. Participants can expect to share their experiential knowledge, problem-solve, network, and hold space for each other’s topics of discussion.

Participants are grouped with their peers to ensure relevant discussion. New participants can join at any time. Meetings are facilitated by a certified leadership coach or an established tech leader from the ecosystem. During a Peer-to-Peer group session, the facilitator encourages participants to share their experiences, successes, and challenges through interactive discussions. Monthly discussions emphasize actionable takeaways that participants can implement in their roles.

• Finance (CFOs)
• Scaling Revenue (for companies $100,000 - $2 Million in ARR, or by approval)
• Scale Up (for companies over $2 Million in ARR)
• Senior Developers (for companies $100,000 - $2 Million in ARR)
• Technology (CTOs for companies over $2 Million in ARR)
