Nine weeks ago, 17 founders walked into the Platform Pre-Accelerator program with early traction, ambitious goals, and a long list of questions about what came next.

Some were looking for customers. Some were refining their products. Others were preparing for growth, fundraising, or their next major milestone. What they shared was a desire for greater clarity, structure, and momentum.

On June 10, those same founders took the stage at the inaugural Platform Pre-Accelerator Showcase to share the problems they're solving, the solutions they're building, and the progress they've made along the way.

The Showcase marked the culmination of nine weeks of focused execution. Throughout the program, founders worked through customer discovery, sales execution, financial planning, funding strategy, founder storytelling, and business growth fundamentals—not as theory, but as real work applied directly to their companies. The result was an evening that celebrated not only how far these founders had come, but where they're headed next.

Celebrating the Cohort

At the end of the evening, attendees selected Noah McDonough of Candidly AI as the recipient of the Community Choice Award, recognizing the pitch that resonated most strongly with the audience.

The founders themselves selected Youssef Harkati of BrightOnLABS as the inaugural Cohort Champion, recognizing the participant who consistently supported fellow founders, shared knowledge, and helped strengthen the experience for the entire group.

About the Platform Pre-Accelerator

The Platform Pre-Accelerator is a 9-week, in-person, execution-first program designed for Calgary-based tech founders who have moved beyond ideation and are generating early traction, but want more clarity, structure, and accountability to turn progress into consistent execution.

Through structured workshops, milestone-based deliverables, coaching, and peer support, founders work directly on the foundations of their businesses, building stronger customer understanding, sharper positioning, healthier sales pipelines, stronger financial visibility, and a clearer path to growth.
