Exploring how AI is reshaping work, hiring and workforce readiness. Through perspectives from across the workforce ecosystem, we’ll examine two important questions: 1. What should employers hire for in the age of AI? 2. What can early talent do today to prepare for the changing workforce? The conversation will explore employer needs, workforce development, career readiness, industry engagement and the future of hiring, with practical perspectives on how employers and emerging talent can better navigate an AI-enabled workplace.
