Despite fluxes in the tech job market, talent remains hard to find. As companies struggle to do more with less, companies look to supplement their compensation and benefits with more creative ways to attract and retain talent. But where do we start? What are the trends in compensation and benefit offerings among Alberta and Canadian Tech Companies? How are companies getting creative with their total reward offerings? What are our employees and candidates telling us they value? Is anyone still talking about the 4-day workweek? TAP Network and our Partners at Mercer will share both TAP Member and industry-wide data in answer to the above questions. We'll break into groups to discuss the data, as well as the trends and insights attendees are seeing among both Alberta-based and Canadian-wide talent.
