Each September TAP Network releases its highly anticipated Canadian Tech Sector Salary and Total Rewards Survey which encompasses 30,000 data points from its 200+ member companies across Canada. In the past 18 months the tech industry experienced an extreme swing from the “great resignation” and a struggle to retain talent to a cooling period, with many companies forced to take cost cutting measures. All of this came on top of the highest inflation rates in decades.
