We’re excited to co-host with ElevateIP Alberta for a conversation on the IP decisions founders regret and how to avoid making them yourself. We’ll dig into when patents actually make sense, when they don’t, and how to think about trademarks and ownership from day one. We’ll also talk about what happens when IP details get overlooked early, and how those loose ends can turn into big questions at the worst possible time, during fundraising, diligence, or acquisition conversations.
