Raising Capital 201 is for founders who are looking to learn more about the investment process or are ready to raise funds and want to know where to focus. Over 3 hours sessions, entrepreneurs will learn tools, frameworks, and best practices for raising money for their startup.
This cohort will be open to any founders.

- Deal structure
- Term Sheets
- Multiple expectations
- Data Room

- Cap Tables and Cap Structures (SPAC, SAFE etc.)
- Exit Strategies
After completing both Raising Capital 101 and 201, you’ll receive the following additional benefits:
