Bringing together over 100 local founders and ecosystem supporters, Startup Canada’s Startup Global Pop-up pitch competition provides an opportunity for scale-up founders to compete for one cash prize of $15,000 and one people’s choice award of $1000 to scale their businesses into international markets. In addition to the pitch competition, the event will provide networking opportunities for local founders and ecosystem supporters, a Meet the Partner session, where founders can connect and engage with Alberta’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, and a mainstage workshop presented by SAIT and designed to provide education and inspiration for early-stage and scale-up founders. The Startup Global program is presented in partnership with UPS and Export Development Canada.
