Join TAP Network for a preview of insights from the 2026 Canadian Talent Benchmarking Study, introducing Employee Lifetime Value (eLTV) as a financial lens on workforce performance. Drawing on data from 84 Canadian technology companies, the session will highlight the people metrics most associated with stronger outcomes — including revenue per employee, retention, tenure, ramp-up time, and headcount discipline. Following the presentation, we’ll host a facilitated peer discussion where People and Culture leaders can reflect on the findings, share perspectives, and explore how these metrics show up in their own organizations. The evening will conclude with informal networking and light refreshments.
