Employees within Calgary's tech community who who work for a Platform Calgary member company.

What to expect:

The Peer-to-Peer Program connects individuals working in similar roles at local tech companies so they can learn from each other by sharing their challenges, strategies, and wins as they experience startup and scale up life. Participants can expect to share their experiential knowledge, problem-solve, network, and hold space for each other’s topics of discussion.

Participants are grouped with their peers to ensure relevant discussion. New participants can join at any time. Meetings are facilitated by a certified leadership coach or an established tech leader from the ecosystem. During a Peer-to-Peer group session, the facilitator encourages participants to share their experiences, successes, and challenges through interactive discussions. Discussions emphasize actionable takeaways that participants can implement in their roles.

• Sales for Startups (for companies $0 - $1 Million in ARR, or by approval)
• Scaling Revenue (for companies $1 - $5 Million in ARR, or by approval)
• Scale Up (for companies over $5 Million in ARR)
• Senior Developers (for companies $0 - $1 Million in ARR)
• Technology (CTOs for companies over $1 Million in ARR)
