International Women's Day 2022

It will take more than one day to #BreakTheBias for women in tech and STEM around the world, but today is a great day to draw attention to some of the exciting things that people who identify as women (and their allies!) are doing.

Did you know 30% of tech companies in Alberta have a female founder or cofounder (above the global average of 20%)?

• General Assembly is hosting a free, virtual event series for Women’s History Month
• University of Calgary’s Office of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion is hosting several events
