In this six-hour session, spread over three weeks, add some maintenance tools to your growing toolbox. Alongside other innovators, you’ll learn from our mental health professionals about ways to maintain well-being in the long run.

Topics will include:

  • Creating a concrete maintenance plan for moving forward;
  • Establishing and better understanding your values and goals;
  • Understanding resource allocation (when there’s only so much time and energy to go around).
