Along with other capacity builders—folks supporting entrepreneurs and founders in the innovation ecosystem to grow their biz and achieve their dreams!—join Collectively Tangled’s mental health professionals to learn tools to better support entrepreneurs’ well-being, strategies to navigate the fine line of what’s in scope and out of scope when talking entrepreneur mental health (including how to respond effectively), and (perhaps most importantly) how to take care of yourself as you navigate your incredibly important role in the ecosystem. This is a three-part course (six hours total) held weekly from Thursday, October 26th to Thursday, November 9th. Topics will include: Developing a framework for more effective check-ins, including how to respond, what to pay attention to, and how to untangle the ever-present “it’s hard”; Skills to identify the presenting problem and create a plan for moving forward; Establishing a maintenance plan for how you can keep applying these skills in your work, and for yourself.
