About the Presenter Passionate about people for as long as she can remember, Ashley has been specializing in Human Resources for more than 15 years across a variety of industries. In 2019, Ashley founded Involvi Consulting with a goal of working with engaged leaders and business owners to improve their HR practices, provide them with ongoing expert solutions and to support their employees to improve working conditions and organizational culture. Ashley holds her CPHR and SHRM-SCP designations and her Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the U of A. When not working, Ashley, her husband and 4-year-old son love to travel, experience new cultures and make reservations at the newest restaurants!
